i totally forgot to share my christmas bakes so here they are: Some gift boxes with fudge and chocolate chip cookies and sugar cookies! ( I was gonna frost the cookies but i had a situation with my mixer, still were tasty tho)

I am super excited to announce that i will be selling pies for thanksgiving!
I will be offering delivery to: Danbury, Grafton, Orange, Canaan, Enfield, And Lebanon.
The flavors im offering are: Apple, Blueberry, Cherry, and a Dutch Caramel Apple, each will be 22 dollars including delivery! Send me a message to order, before November 23!
Delivery will be thanksgiving morning. You have plenty of options this thanksgiving for pies so here are some reasons to pick mine!
1. I have been in food service for a long time, and am very well trained in food safety. ( I am even servsafe certified until 2029!)
2. I have been in pastry school for the last year, so you can trust that I use quality ingredients and up to date techniques.
3. I have a lot of plans and ideas coming up, and I have big dreams! I’m very passionate about what i do and have been working towards this for a long time.

Thank you, and even if you don’t buy a pie, i hope i can offer some yummy treats at a future date 🙂.

i’m starting some serious recipe testing and started with this simple italian bread: super yummy and soft with a crunchy crust
( the bread looks slightly doughy in one of the loaves because i’m impatient and didn’t wait for it to cool before i took this photo 🤣)

believe it or not i’ve been super busy: but i’ve officially just finished all my baking assignments for school, when… my mixer finally died 😞 ( my replacement was supposed to come in today but it still hasn’t shipped )
nevertheless: i have some big things planned in my future and am very excited

nothing like a good ole chocolate chip cookie 😋

and after quite a bit of testing, i made ( in my opinion) one of the greatest cookies i’ve ever had ( although i used milk chocolate chips which definitely made them even better)

When I started this account, I was under the impression I was going to be done with my college classes within the end of the month, and would only have to do my externship… However, i was very wrong, and i have one class term left 🫠
That being said, once i finish i have a lot of exciting ideas so please bear with me while for the next 10 weeks ( as i also work full time so im quite the busy bee)
However, I will be posting my goods as much as possible until then!

These were actually for my current class;
The first one is a toffee pudding popular in the U.K,
the second one is a churro ( which was so yum), and finally the third one is a boston crème pie cupcake. Probably would make the cupcake different if done again( alas i an a student ), but the cupcake was still so tasty
