This week will consist of eating our vegetables first before dinner! Organic micro greens with shredded carrot, red peppers, cucumbers, basil, chives, oranges and pumpkin seeds. Olive oil, mct oil, apple cider vinegar, fresh squeezed orange juice, honey, salt and pepper! Can you can yummy! After Emmett was finished the first thing out of his mouth, “can I have that for lunch tomorrow!?”

Cleaning up from dinner and we turn around to Emmett making his own milkshake! Oreo might I add. He was so proud of himself for it! In his words, “my first good looking milkshake!” LOL 😂❤️😁 Proud Mama right here! PS: He also picked the song 🎶

I was given 6 cartons of fresh picked strawberries! 🍓😍🍓 Wasn’t sure what I was going to do with them but it turned into Aunt Jean’s strawberry dessert! These strawberries are so vibrant and yummy 🍓 🙌🍓

PESTO!

1/2 Bunch Flat Leaf Parsley
1 Bunch Basil
1/2 C. Olive Oil
1/2 t. Salt
2 Cloves Garlic

You’ll see 4 cloves of garlic in mine because I made a double recipe.

You can freeze this in a glass container and pull it out to put in just about any dish for some freshness! Just like I added to my chicken salad last weekend!
