Welp it wouldn’t be me leaving the farm without losing one of my favorites. We lost blue sadly last night. No fault of his own just a really large Blue Copper Marans and passed from a heart attack. Just an appreciation post as he’s put a ton of babies out there this season. 🩵💙

Hi guys!

To all my families that have grabbed babies from me this season, if you can post pictures of grows either on the page or forward me some feedback on how they are growing.

I'd love any pictures or just general updates! I've had a few reach out but feel free to post and send me updates as they grow.

It's been a truly awesome season so far, thanks for giving me the chance to put these babies in your flocks.

To the remaining families who have not been placed, I'm still hatching, I'm out of town for a conference so babies will not be placed till after the 3rd at the earliest for the remainders.

I will have a few juveniles either local pick up, ship/hauler (paid by yourself and set up by yourself), and or delivery to OH nationals in November (pro-rated feed fee for holding them till end of year and full deposit required).

Juveniles are required to go in Gander/Hen pairs, or solo ganders depending on how DNA comes back.

Fill out the google form pinned on the farm page for juveniles or reach out to me directly. I will have a good bit of Blue, Grey and Saddleback varieties to select from. They will also be sold in unrelated pairs to prevent inbreeding. Feel free to PM for pricing.

Just a general post - I am working through the list. I have a few hatching into this weekend.

I will reach out asap to the families in order of receipt and preferences. For anyone getting grow outs or sexed juveniles please be patient as I’m pairing off unrelated pairs so there are no issues from pet to potential breeder homes come next season.

A picture of some of last weeks hatchlings who are going home Saturday. My girls are still laying so I’ll be setting until they stop. So figure we have at least till mid June before all goslings will be with potential homes.

Our wait-list is now closed. Families are being reached out to from earliest to latest. If for some reason we have too many back outs we will reopen or post to let people know if we have too many extras this season. If you haven't thought about plans yet for trips to places, please start doing so now.

If you are planning on grow outs, I should have a small selection come late summer and will reach out to those that were interested.

I have 20+/- being taken to the swap this weekend.

I also will have 140 +/- Olive Eggers and (Blue/Black/Splash Copper) Marans hatching end of this month. I will set more for first week of May as well. First come first serve, deposits hold your spot in line. PM for pricing.

Happy Easter!

We are welcoming to the world some little white sebastopol goslings today.

Some of these will be going to new homes this week, and more will be getting ready to hatch at two week intervals until we are no longer getting eggs.

If you are on the wait-list I am working through the list and will reach out to you in the order you were put on. If you are wondering where you are at in queue please reach out, or ask to be removed if you have already been placed.

Next season I will be putting a 25% non-refundable deposit on all hatches from Chickens to Geese. (Refundable if we cannot fulfill your order of course).
