Hi everyone! I'm Ailing, and I’m so excited to finally bring my handmade dumplings to the Granby and Simsbury area. After graduating from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and spending years perfecting my recipes, I'm thrilled to share a little piece of my kitchen with you!

At Ailing's Kitchen, we specialize in fresh, Asian-fusion dumplings made from scratch and packed with flavor. Whether you're craving a cozy meal at home or planning a gathering, I'm here to deliver something delicious.
