They say when you love something, you must let it go...but we say, you must share!

We have had the honor of stewarding this culture into the hearts and bellies of our local Western Slope community. We cannot thank you enough for the opportunity to serve you since we opened our doors and started fermenting!

It has been full tilt since we started. Thanks to you, our community, customers, producers, family, and dedicated team, we were able to reach our goals of serving the Western Slope with a local product made with local high-quality ingredients. Thank YOU!

We care about the quality of this product above all else. As costs rise, and regulations squeeze us, we are not in a position to take the risks necessary or willing to compromise the integrity of this product to "make it work." In the long run, it is inevitable that we must move on.

As we wind down our business and prepare to close our doors, we will be offering you the chance to take Grand Jun home with you, and keep her going! After all, sharing is caring, right?

There's no better way to share Grand Jun!

So head on over to our website, and sign up for a home brewing kit, course, or culture! We are excited to see a piece of her continue in your homes and will be celebrating until the last drop!

We are also selling some of our brewing and production equipment and would love to help out other small businesses with great prices! Check it out on our website and share this post around! (link in bio)

This is Alleghany (L) and Gavin Brooke (R) the cultivators of the new creative retail and studio space at FARM 158 Park Square downtown Fruita, Co.

FARM stands for Fruita Arts Recreation Marketplace. The name is a nod to the agricultural heritage of Fruita and is a space for tenants to cultivate, create, grow, gather, and be nourished. FARM is a sister project to Studio for Arts and Works in Carbondale check it out!

Gavin and Alleghany will be turning this 13,000sq ft building right off the circle in downtown Fruita into a place for creative professionals, artists of all styles, the outdoor recreation industry, and culinary projects to intersect.

We are honored to be involved in this space as tenants and also working with Gavin and Alleghany ongoing to see their vision come to life here in the Grand Valley. They are friends, conscious business owners, and the kind of folk you want to have as your neighbors!

We are so thrilled to be heading over this fall as tenants, and bringing a new Grand Jun experience and experiment in fermentation to the valley.

FARM will be ready for occupancy late August 2022 (Yes. This year!) And we are taking early space reservations now! Hit me up if you are interested in seeing the space and talking shop! We are curating a great mix of the creative, culinary, and outdoor industry community here at FARM.

We are proud to be producing in the Grand Valley. From our raw west slope wildflower honey, to local fruit and herb producers, vendors, customers, and local artists and designers. Indeed.

Local designer and partner is behind the design of our brand and new labels. Expressing our love for this valley, and pride for our place, we couldn't be more thrilled with how this came together. Thank you!

This is Pam. She and her beau Shane just opened Kulina Lani here in They are from CO, lived in Hawaii for 7 years, and are stewards of a mighty fine sourdough culture.

The crew are top notch and true believers in the power of fermented foods, real ingredients, and ushering back in ancient grains.

As gluten free, we have been able to enjoy their sourdough without any issues. That's quite a treat after years of avoiding breads!

Go check out their lunch menu, grab a sourdough pizza, or a baked ricotta sandwich, and of course their loaves of sourdough!

We are also proud to have our Jun on tap at their bakery and connect with fellow fermenters as purveyors of good gut health.

This is Devon with He and his crew along with the coordination and support from and took an empty lot at 7th and Main, and turned it into a vibrant space called SHIFT Food. Art. Social.

Come eat, shop, hang, and peruse the murals each Thursday 4PM to 9PM!
