🌿 DIY Natural Red Food Coloring Recipe

✅ Ingredients (makes ~1/2 cup colorant):
• 1 tbsp organic beet powder
• 1/4 cup distilled water
• 1 tbsp food-grade vegetable glycerine

🔧 Optional:
• 1/4 tsp lemon juice (for preservation and brightness)
• 1/4 tsp arrowroot or tapioca starch (to slightly thicken if needed)

🥣 Instructions:
1. Combine the powder and water:
• In a small saucepan, mix the beet powder with distilled water.
• Heat gently over low heat (do not boil) for 5–7 minutes to help extract the pigment.
• Stir often to prevent sticking.
2. Cool and strain (if needed):
• Remove from heat and let cool.
• Optional: Strain through a fine mesh or cheesecloth if your powder is gritty and you want a smoother finish.
3. Add glycerine:
• Stir in 1 tbsp of glycerine. This helps stabilize and preserve the mixture and adds a slight gloss if used in icing or candy.

🍭 Throat-Soothing Honey Lemon Lollipops with Cayenne & Natural Sprinkles

✨ Ingredients (Makes ~10 lollipops):

• 1 cup organic honey (raw if possible)
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 tbsp organic lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
• 1/2 tsp powdered ginger (anti-inflammatory and warming)
• 1/16 tsp cayenne pepper (just a pinch – adjust to tolerance)
• 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)
• Natural Sprinkle Co. sprinkles (as desired for coating or mixed in)
• Candy thermometer
• Lollipop sticks
• Silicone lollipop molds or parchment paper



🍯 Directions:
1. Prep the molds:
• Lightly grease your silicone lollipop molds (or use parchment).
• Sprinkle a little Natural Sprinkle Co. sprinkles into the bottom of each mold.
2. Make the syrup:
• In a small saucepan, combine honey and water.
• Heat over medium, stirring occasionally until boiling.
• Stop stirring, insert a candy thermometer, and let it reach 300°F (hard crack stage) — about 10–15 minutes.
3. Add flavor:
• Once the mixture hits 300°F, remove from heat.
• Quickly stir in lemon juice, vanilla, ginger, and cayenne pepper.
• Mix thoroughly but quickly (it sets fast).
4. Pour into molds:
• Carefully pour into molds or make drops on parchment.
• Insert lollipop sticks.
• Sprinkle more Natural Sprinkle Co. sprinkles on top while sticky.
5. Cool & store:
• Let cool for 20–30 minutes.
• Store in an airtight container with parchment between each lollipop.

Homemade Marshmallows 🍬Ingredients: • 30g grass-fed gelatin • 240g cold water • 405g organic cane sugar • ¼ tsp sea salt • 2 tsp vanilla • ¼ cup powdered sugar (for dusting)Instructions: 1. Grease and dust a 9x9 pan. 2. Bloom gelatin in cold water. 3. In a pot, boil sugar, salt, and water to 240°F. 4. Slowly whisk syrup into gelatin using a stand mixer. 5. Beat on high for 5 min until fluffy. 6. Mix in vanilla. 7. Spread into pan and let set. 8. Cut and coat with powdered sugar.Fluffy, clean-ingredient marshmallows ready to enjoy!
