Tonight I made a test batch of my Pumpkin Goat Cheese Walnut Crumble Cookies for Saturday and apparently I have TWO very serious food critics living in my house. 😂

My 2 & 4 year olds are OBSESSED. 💪🏼

They keep coming back asking me…

“Mommy, can I have another GOAT COOKIE?” 😂😂😂🐐🍪

Not the pumpkin cookie.
Not the crumble cookie.

THE GOAT COOKIE. 💀😂

So if anybody was still side-eyeing me over putting goat cheese in a cookie… just know it has officially received the toddler stamp of approval. 😂🔥

And listen… toddlers are BRUTAL food critics. They don’t care about your feelings, your recipe, or how long you spent making it. 😭😂

😂🤰🏻 EVERYONE SAY THANK YOU TO MY PREGNANT BEST FRIEND! 🤦🏻‍♀️❤️

Fun fact: the ONLY reason I even decided to turn my oven on and make co**has tonight was because my pregnant best friend was craving them. 😂😭

That’s it. That’s literally the reason.

She wanted co**has… and apparently when the pregnant bestie has a craving, WE ALL GET CONCHAS. 😂💪🏼

And somehow her craving turned into ANOTHER SOLD OUT NIGHT for Dulce Orgullo! 😭❤️🔥

You guys SHOWED UP tonight!! I saw so many familiar faces, but what really made me happy was seeing SO MANY NEW FACES coming to try my co**has for the first time. 🥹🇲🇽

At one point even my Amazon driver got a co**ha. 😂😂 She came to deliver a package and left with pan dulce. That feels very on-brand around here.💪🏼😊

So a HUGE thank you to everyone who came by tonight, messaged me, grabbed some fresh co**has and once again sold me out. 🥹❤️

And most importantly…

🔥😂 OKAYYYY… YOU GUYS CONVINCED ME!

The oven is officially going ON TOMORROW! 🙌🏼🇲🇽

I wasn’t planning on baking this week, but after seeing the interest in some fresh Traditional Conchas… I guess La Jefa de las Conchas is clocking in. 😂👑

Just a heads up — I have a busy day, so I won’t be starting my baking until later in the day. That means co**has will be coming out later in the evening rather than my usual morning schedule. 😊

And YES… we’re talking fresh-fresh. 🔥😂 Straight-out-of-the-oven kind of fresh!

I’ll post what I have available as soon as I can, and I’ll be doing pickups until 9 PM tomorrow night.

And when I say fresh…

I mean FRESH FRESH. 😂🔥

Like come pick them up warm, fresh out of the oven kind of fresh. 🤤☕️

Nothing gourmet. No crazy flavors. Just soft, fluffy, freshly baked Traditional Conchas that are begging for a cafecito. ☕️
