Hey, everybody.... the weekend is fast approaching and we are gearing up for this weekends Grand Prairie Farmers Market from 8 - 12!! Come out early and support all the great local vendors!!

This week we are going to be bringing our original sourdough, some roasted jalapeno and cheddar sourdough, roasted garlic and rosemary sourdough, and our new caprese sourdough (loaded with sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella cheese!!

Of course we are also going to have our roasted garlic rosemary sourdough focaccia, hatch chili seasoning, shallot salt, some tex-mex and jalapeno-lime seasonings also!

And, don't forget our line of infused extra-virgin olive oils!!

We'll post later what kind of sweet treats and munchie mixes we'll have available!!

The bread is looking great today! Come see us tomorrow at the Grand Prairie Farmers Market tomorrow from 8-12! I'll be there along with some other great vendors like The Fuzzy Muzzle Bakery(best dog treats ever!!), PaPa's Pickles!!!!

Ok, ladies and gentlemen...It's time for the Saturday Menu... Now normally I bring out a roasted garlic and rosemary sourdough. Not this week. We are trying something a little different. This Saturday we are bringing out a caprese salad sourdough bread (it's stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese). So, Saturday will look like this...

Regular sourdough, Caprese sourdough and roasted jalapeno and cheddar sourdough.
