Gibson's Craft Cooking Hello. We run a micro bakery/specialty food "shop". Baking non-organic and organic sourdough bread, baguettes, focaccia, and sandwich breads.

Also available are fresh handmade pastas, and seasonings.

The menu for this week's Grand Prairie Farmers Market is set...

Regular, roasted garlic rosemary, and the return of the roasted jalapeno cheddar sourdough!

We are having roasted garlic rosemary focaccia and I think I am going to bring out a jalapeno cheddar focaccia

The peanut butter chocolate and peanut butter chip cookies will also be making an appearance 😁

And, don't forget about all our seasonings and infused extra virgin olive oils!!

The dispersion of the fillings could be better but... This pepperoni and cheese bread is bloody awesome!! If I say so m...
