We had a little “Chipotle at home” night and honestly it turned out even better than we remembered! It’s been 15–20 years since my husband and I last had Chipotle, and my kids have never even been, so I decided to recreate it right in our kitchen.
I made a juicy chipotle-style marinated chicken, a creamy chipotle sauce, and a fresh corn salsa, then turned it into loaded bowls with all the toppings so everyone could build their own.

It was fun, simple, and such a hit with the whole family—definitely going into our regular dinner rotation!

Made these Biscoff cookies over the weekend. They are filled with Biscoff cookie butter, then crumbled Biscoff cookies on top, and drizzled with the cookie butter. They are my Son, Zen's new favorite cookies!

Fresh-picked fiddlehead ferns anyone?🌿 We spent the day foraging as a family, then came home and blanched them before sautéing them in garlic, olive oil, butter, salt, and pepper. Simple, fresh, and so full of flavor! This was our first time trying these, my kids were like blah, tastes like a vegetable..lol. I on the other hand was wowed by the flavor. They were so yummy and delicious! I thought it tasted like broccoli and My daughter Lyrical thought they tasted like spinach.

I made it using two containers of raspberries I needed to use up, plus creamy vanilla Greek yogurt, pineapple, mango, and a splash of pineapple juice to bring it all together. It’s thick, fruity, and packed with flavor in every sip. The raspberries give it that bold tang while the tropical fruit smooths everything out into the most addictive blend. Perfect for breakfast or a quick snack.
