Enjoyed this beautiful, fresh salad at MudPenny today. 🥗

It’s called The Smorgasbord, and has fresh greens with smoked salmon, radish, pickled onion, and goat cheese with a lemon vinaigrette. It’s light, it’s refreshing, and it kept me full for the rest of the work day.

It was my first visit but it definitely won’t be my last! I need this salad again 👀

Delicious food from Pit Stop Catering today for lunch.

Seen here is smoked corned beef, mac and cheese, green beans, and corn bread. I ate half comfortably and am taking the rest home for lunch tomorrow. Everything was perfect - wonderful quality, meat wasnt dry at all and super flavorful without sauce, super friendly staff, and you’re not leaving hungry!

They’re open Thursdays and Fridays from 11 am - 3 pm for takeout. If you can swing it, it’s some of the best bbq I’ve had in the area.

Celebrated taco Tuesday at Supermercado La Victoria! $2 tacos and their salsas are amazing. They also sell a variety of other items, like chicharrones.

Visited The Old Goat last Thursday with a friend and was really sad to see they no longer have their German nights. It was a favorite of mine to attend, but we had a nice meal, as usual.

Their egg nog is delicious with whiskey and rum. We ended up eating during happy hour, so we got two apps - pretzel and salmon crostini. Those salmon crostinis are amazing! Finished it off with a shared olive pizza. Was a fun evening 🙂

Enjoyed a lunch with my mom at Loafers Glory today. Hurry, it’s only for a limited time! They’re open until 4pm today and again tomorrow from 11am-4pm. Keep an eye on their page to see when they’ll serve lunch next.

My parents took me every year around this time to visit Bronner’s and eat dinner at Frankenmuth Bavarian Inn Lodge. It’s a tradition my mom and I still continue today and I always look forward to it.
