Mushroom Coffee Toast 🤤☕🍞
Elevated Brew is smooth and made with functional mushrooms like turkey tail, lion’s mane, cordyceps and oyster mushrooms etc.—giving your morning routine an extra boost of focus, energy and mood support.

Mix 2 tbsp Elevated Brew Mushroom Coffee with 2 oz warm water (room-temperature water works too). Stir 2–4 tbsp of the brewed coffee into 2 tbsp peanut butter, then add sea salt and honey to taste. Spread on toast, top with sliced banana, drizzle with the peanut butter mixture and finish with a sprinkle of Elevated Brew coffee grounds.

I love the challenge of taking random farmers market finds and turning them into dinner.
