I have to say, I am pretty proud of my brother's birthday cake. I was just playing around, didn't really intend to share it here, and then it all came together and I just HAD to!!

When I started Orion & Co. I was using an oven from the 60s 🤯

I loved her so much, but she decided to retire on me in the middle of 7 dozen cookies 🫠

I rushed out and grabbed this countertop Gourmia oven and have been baking out of this little guy 5-6 cookies at a time every 8 minutes for several months now...

But today, this beauty was installed. I am ✨️o b s e s s e d✨️ and so excited to have more space to bake more goodies for you all!

This was all made possible by my husband and all of the support from you guys ❤️

Thank you all so much. I know I said that just a few days ago, but truly, the bakery is beyond blessed because of every one of you that has contributed in some way 🫶

..and did somebody mention pumpkin spice??? I think I heard it. 😏

I will be working out all the new recipes, and I may even need a few taste testers for quality assurance! More details to come on that.
