It has been an incredibly busy few days here at Pleasant Gap Makery, and my little family is so grateful for every single order. ❤️ Thank you for supporting this small business—it truly means the world to us!

The bagels have been an absolute hit! 🥯 These photos don’t even include a couple of orders, and there are even more heading out today!

I still have a little availability for sourdough and cupcake orders for Sunday through Tuesday, so if you’ve been craving something fresh, now’s the time to reach out!

As a reminder, the Makery will be closed August 12th–21st. If you know you’ll need an order after we return—or even a month or two down the road—don’t hesitate to get your name on my calendar. Booking ahead is the best way to make sure I can fulfill your order!

🍂 CINNAMON RAISIN BAGELS ARE HERE! 🍂

Well, they’re officially available! 🎉 And let me tell you…these bagels made me WORK for it! 😂

Did you know cinnamon is naturally anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial? Those properties also mean it can interfere with the bulk fermentation of sourdough—which meant I had to do a little recipe/process experimenting to make these delicious cinnamon raisin bagels possible without sacrificing that soft, chewy bagel texture. 🥯🤎

And now they’re ready to make their way into YOUR kitchen!

📅 Orders are filling up FAST! I still have a few spots available before our upcoming closure and some available after I return, but we’re already getting close to a week out for order fulfillment.

🥯 OKAY Y’ALL… IT’S FINALLY BAGEL TIME! 🥯

After a LOT of practice, I can officially say I’ve gotten the hang of homemade bagels—and I’m SO excited to add them to the Pleasant Gap Makery menu! 🙌🏼
