Happy Birthday to one of my Day Ones 🧀✨
Alexa has been riding for Dishin Out DaCheese since day ONE — placing orders, spreading the word, and challenging me with some of the most… let’s just say, wildly creative requests. 😂
From birthday boards to raunchy “char-kootchie” builds I almost couldn’t post (you know the ones), she’s truly been in the mix from the jump.

So of course, I had to whip up something delicious for her bday today.
And who knows… maybe I’ll finally drop the raunchy Valentine’s Day edition that she inspired — perfect for anyone looking to give a little meat & mischief this season 👀💋

Stay tuned… things might get cheeky in February.

🎃 A little spooky, a lot of heart. 👻🧀
I had the opportunity to create Halloween-themed charcuterie boards for a festive party this week, and while not every board turned out exactly how I envisioned… I still walked away proud.

✨ Building something from scratch—whether it’s a board, a business, or a creative process—takes time, trial, and trust in yourself.
Each box I make teaches me something new. Every event is another chance to create joy through food. And this one reminded me: progress > perfection, always.
