The last wedding cake of the season 🍁

We paired up with Taste VT for this sweet cutting cake. The couple chose a spice cake paired with a spiced apple pear compote filling and vanilla frosting, topped with figs, dates, dried cherries, blueberries and blackberries!

This memory popped up in my Feed this morning, and I thought it would be fun to share! I rarely get orders for sculpted cakes, and this one was definitely fun to make! 🦎

Happy birthday 11th Gus! 🍰🥳

A little late posting, but better late than never, right?! Check out this sculpted chameleon cake we were honored to create for Gus’s 7th birthday last weekend!

As most of you know, not only do I run Noka Farm and our food truck Noka, but I’m also the manager at Emslie The Florist and Gifts. This weekend was my busiest one of the season so far, with not only multiple orders for a wedding cake and 10 dozen cupcakes, but we also had 4 weddings and a funeral at the flower shop! Needless to say I didn’t have a ton of time to take photos, but I hope you like these ones I did manage to get! 🤪

Now please excuse me while I go take a nap before doing it all again tomorrow for more weddings next weekend! 🎂💐

While I may not be the greatest at remembering to take photos of all our yummy treats, I am really good at baking them!

Here’s a small taste of what we’ve been up to the last few months (including a catering gig!)🧁
