Running my own bakery is messy, exhausting, and endless—but getting to build my dream, be my own boss, and bake for your best moments makes every single early morning worth it.

There are a million moving parts on a wedding day, but this moment right here? This is exactly why I do what I do.

Getting to see one of my incredible couples cut into their custom Picaroon cake and share that first bite as newlyweds is an absolute honor. It’s a tiny tradition, but being a small part of a memory that will last a lifetime is the best perk of the job.
