🔥 THIS IS WHAT WE’VE BEEN BUILDING. 🔥

Grand Opening Family Day at Rally at Ethos was one hell of a day! 🙌 So many people came through, grabbed some amazing food, enjoyed the drinks, music, kids running around, and just soaked up the good vibes. ❤️

This is WAY more than just a food truck pod. We’re building a place where people can come together, hang out, make memories and actually feel like part of something.

And trust me… we’re already cooking up MORE days like this. 👀🔥

Thank you to EVERYONE who came out and supported us. We seriously appreciate every single one of you.

Friends... thank you. Seriously. ❤️

We're working hard every single day to get this dialed in and make sure every sandwich that leaves our window is something we're proud to serve.

Huge shoutout to our manager, Brie, She has been absolutely crushing it and putting her heart into making The Meltdown the best it can be.

We also want to say thank you for all the comments, suggestions, and even the constructive criticism. Sometimes it's hard to hear, but that's how you grow. If we're asking this community to support our dream, it's only right that we listen to the people we're serving.

We're incredibly grateful for the chance to serve Southern Oregon, support local, and build something that's bigger than grilled cheese. This is a dream that's becoming reality because of all of you.
