Stonefort's 1st Annual Harvest Fest, 3:30 to 8:30 at the Stonefort Reunion Grounds, 755-771 Wilson St (US 45). It's the last Stonefort Farmers Market of the season.

50+ local vendors. White Oak Bluegrass Band at 3:30, Colton Rice at 5:00, Little Egypt Line Dancing at 6:00, and Jim Cato Music from 7:00 to 8:30. Hay rides, plus trunk or treat from 5:00 to 6:30.

Admission, parking, music, hay rides, and trunk or treat are free. Laser tag is the only activity with a fee. Haunted Harvest Laser Tag Day rounds, 3:30 to 6:00, are $5 (Family Age 8+, Open Age 12+). After Dark, 6:15 to 8:15, is $8 (Age 13+).

We're frying Apple C***r Fritters to order with Apple Butter Caramel Glaze, and pouring S'mores Hot Cocoa and hot c***r.

We will be doing double duty tomorrow! Come check us out in the morning at The Farmers Market of Carbondale and in the evening at Stonefort’s 1st Annual Harvest Fest ! So many great vendors along side us and both events. You won’t want to miss them!

Tomorrow Saturday October 24th is Market Day! We hope you can come support our local farmers, makers, and community groups from 8am till noon at 2015 West Main Street.

There will be fruits, produce, honey, micro greens, mushrooms (fresh, powders, salts), dairy (milk and yogurt), meats (beef, chicken, pork, quail, rabbit, turkey), seafood (cod, halibut, lobster, salmon, salmon patties, shrimp, etc.), eggs (chicken & duck), coffee to drink at home and bags of beans to take and brew, energy drinks, teas, lemonade (to drink at market and bottled), baked goods (baguettes, breads, cinnamon rolls, cookies, donuts, pies, sourdough breads, turnovers, etc.), hot sauces, pickled items, freeze-dried fruits and candies, jams and jellies, potted plants, hanging baskets, trees, cut flowers and bouquets, hot honey, locally created spices and seasonings, handmade quilts and teddybears, jewelry for all ages (bracelets, chokers, earrings, necklaces, etc.), dish towels, air fresheners, personal care items (deodorant, lotion, soap, bug spray, beard care items, scrubs, etc.), dried decorative floral items, candles, decorative tiles and cutting boards, and more!

Today is the last day of the season at Stonefort Farmers Market. We are so thankful for the opportunity to share our farm with all of you, and grateful to be a part of the wonderful team of vendors at Stonefort. For the final day, we will have these items from Bone + Bear Farms along with Gilded Goat products and produce like heirloom tomatoes, bell peppers, green beans and pumpkins. Hope to see you there!

Bone + Bear Farms is actually named after two dogs, so this is our favorite kind of Saturday. Come say hi, and go meet the adoptable ones while you’re there.

We’re in Metropolis today for the Dog Day Celebration. East 1551 5th Street, starting at 1PM. Right next to McDonald’s in the Thrive lot!
Bone + Bear Farms is named after two dogs. Hanson Ham”Bone” and Charlie Bear. That’s the whole origin of the name, so a Saturday built around dogs finding homes is an easy yes.
Come find our table. Project Hope Humane Society and McCracken County Humane Society have adoptable dogs on site, there are food trucks, and a good stretch of local vendors worth walking. We have some exciting new products including our pet grooming I spired by our own farm dogs! Every batch gets checked by hand on the farm before it goes anywhere.
We’ll have the goat milk skincare, fresh produce, and more with us.
Bring the dog. Bring the friend who’s been talking about getting one.

Missing the sun a little extra these days ☀️

Our animals feel it too—waiting for the sun to warm their backs and the fields to come alive again. Until then, we’re holding onto that cozy farm calm and waiting for the sunshine to find its way back.
