Please welcome Fred. Our newest addition to the farm!!! Fred was rescued from slaughter and will live out a long spoiled life. He is just 7 wks old and still taking bottles. There is nothing cuter than bottle feeding a lamb on Easter.

I realized today that I took pics of the animals during the storm but never posted. Everyone made it through with the help of heat lamps and lots of hay and bedding. Large animals need the room to move around to maintain their body temp which is why they are not stuck in stalls. They have a 30x25 foot covered area to stay out of the snow plus their stalls with heat lamps. Teddy definetly wanted to come in the house but he made it at the barn. But that would have been cute.

Lilly is a rescue horse and around her mid teens. She was severely underweight when I got her and we’ve been slowly getting her to gain weight. She is a sweet girl and very nosey. She has to check everyone for treats.
