I never expected to become the breakfast provider for Elkhart and surrounding areas, but honestly, I’m not surprised.
Breakfast is a weekly dinner staple in our home.
We even had it at our wedding! We served waffles and breakfast tacos. Instead of a cake, Shipley donuts and pecan pie!

Fun fact! Elaina from Blue House Baking actually catered my wedding with her mom! We had no idea that several years later we would connect and become best friends!

Energy bites! Great for an after school snack or a midday pick me up! These are sweetened with honey or maple syrup, no sugar added!

✨Announcment for my english muffin lovers✨

Starting tomorrow, you’ll notice my sourdough english muffins look a little different. And by “a little different” I mean, not wonky! I’ve invested in a better, more efficient and uniform way of baking the muffins!

I want you all to know the recipe is exactly the same and the measurements of each muffin are exactly the same! The only difference is the method of baking and now the appearance.

This also allows me to package 8 muffins per bag compared to 6, so there will also be a slight price increase. If 8 seems like a lot for one week, just remember, the freezer is your friend! Be sure to slice before freezing!
