Raspberry, white chocolate, individual muffin-tin portions so every bite gets that crispy caramelized edge (no more fighting for the corner piece). Made this for a hands-on cooking class where guests trimmed their own filets, steamed fresh artichokes, and built the whole meal start to finish.
