I could not be more proud of my ponies and riders this weekend @ Swan Lake Horse Show. Personally, I had taken a break from showing on the road, but these kiddos are the inspiration to keep going!

🌟Formal Attire/ Kendall Deagle
Champion- Training Hunter Jr/AM out of 15 horses.
Reserve Champion- pleasure Horse/Pony.
Frank had a blast showing with the big horses! It’s been over a year since he last showed, and no fault of his own. He picked up right where he left off, with one of his favorite riders.

🌟Sam Lubar/ Loafers Lodge Mojo Champion- Walk/trot and lots of top ribbons in Short Stirrup.

Open to an approved trainer taking him on the road/ show, must lease on property.

Update!
So excited for our new ”adult team”, that is forming in 2022 with Bridget Rudiger! Beautiful ride by Gail Dell today and amazing progress with our HF ponies. Exciting upgrades and update;
Heritage Farm, recently installed a new gate and fence on our private road for the safety and security of all horses and riders! We will no longer have fear of horses running loose onto Georgetown Pike if a rider should fall off on trial or a horse gets loose from their paddocks 🙌.

As a child, in 1994 I lost my horse on Georgetown Pike from a horrible car accident when he got loose from his paddock/ trail ride. Sadly, my horse did not survive this tragic accident and the driver was badly hurt. I’m so thankful for this amazing upgrade and added security for all of our horses/riders, vehicles along Georgetown Pike and our community on our road. Safety is #1 with protecting our horses and riders at Heritage Farm!

Awesome time at Redgate Farm horse show this past weekend! The girls earned lots of top ribbons and competed against 18 riders in short stirrup and 15 in the pony pleasure, what a huge turnout!

It was the perfect setting for Deia, Veronica and Samia to learn how to canter full courses for the first time at a horse show. The girls worked harmoniously as a team and cheered each other on throughout the whole day. Lots of smiles and laughs! 😂 Kate rode beautifully on Frankie and taught Lexi the ropes in the medium ponies. 😍

Such a lovely venue and thank you Redgate Farms for always hosting a well organized horse show! It’s no surprise why it’s so popular with a huge turnout.

We had great experience at McDonogh Horse show this past weekend!
Highlights;
⭐️Samia was 3rd and 4th in the Mini short Stirrup on Mercy, working hard at checking diagonals and building confidence in the show arena!

⭐️Kate had a clean sweep in the Pony Pleasure and champion in the Large pony hunter on Formal Attire!

⭐️Falling Moon Indigo- Lexi was reserve champion in the small/medium pony and piloted by Kate. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for this fancy pony! All our TLC and training is finally paying off thanks to Ashley Sievert!

So thankful to receive appreciation gifts from your clients every once in awhile. Teaching and managing my small equestrian estate on my own can be overwhelming at times, but all hard work pays off. Truly blessed with my amazing group of clients and their continued support ! 🙌 🙏 💕 Thank you!!!

Another great weekend showing with the HF girls! We divided and conquered between three different arena’s at the same time! 💪😅

**Mojo, rocked a 3rd and 4th in the open pleasure out of 20, piloted by Ashley.

**Formal Attire -aka Frankie and Kate Faravo dominated the pony pleasure and Large Childrens Pony! This was Kate’s first experience showing at 2’6, Nice work! thank you, Kendall for being Kate’s amazing couch in my absence. 🙌

**Samia and Sophia Eller did an awesome job in the mini short stirrup that included crossrails! Lots of top ribbons filled with first time experiences!

So many memories flooded my mind when I found these old pictures from Oregon, and my childhood riding! We all need some positive thoughts these days, and what better way then to fill it with pony memories!💕🥰

1st memory that comes to mind;
I can’t even count how many young riders have started their riding career in my childhood saddle. Over a dozen of those riders have transformed into top national riders in the last two decades! WOWSERS!! 🙌 Any past students have memory of this little saddle?! It’s been around the block!😂

2nd Memory;
In the last 15 years of scouting ponies for clients, every pony turned out to be so special for each of my clients! MAC, the small 11-hand short stirrup pony I found for Sidney, who was 6 years old at the time, stands out the most. This ponies smile captured in one of the picture says it all. MAC, knew he was special!. This little pony took amazing care of all his young riders, leaving lasting memories and lots of blue ribbons! I believe Garrett also enjoyed working with MAC. Anyone that knows Garrett can confirm he’s super picky when selecting his horses, with good reason! 😉😂 🐎

3. Any horse enthusiast recognize the old indoor wall in my childhood pictures? This was taken at my first horse show, age 6, on a Dartmoor pony named Gabby in Great Falls. Times have changed, what happened to the HUGE grass fields in the background and the small riding arena in front of the indoor?! I’m sure many of my current and past clients recognize the little saddle! 🤪

It’s been such a blessing to teach so many riding lessons on safe, honest ponies that have fill children with joy, laughter and good childhood memories! My childhood pony, “ Farnley Web”, the dapple grey featured In the last two picture will always be most special. I've been surrounded by so many amazing ponies throughout my lifetime! 💕

Fun times at Pony Camp! Thank you, to my amazing campers and counselors for an unforgettable time at Heritage Farm the last two weeks🥰. Mojo, gets the most patient pony award! 🏇 anti- bacterial dish soap on the slip and slide was the perfect touch to keeping everything sanitized and slippery! 😂
