Also heads up the new food truck will have a different name and fb page as it’s just me this time .. no partners in this one .. just the fat man and some awesome amazing food .. the soul of this trailer hasn’t changed.. not sure of the name yet .. I’m thinking Dads kitchen .. keep an eye on this page for updates.. hope to see y’all on the road .. the menu will be different.. that being said I will do some special events with my tacos and fry bread .. I just feel the need to freestyle a bit in the kitchen .. also don’t want to be boxed into a taco truck only .. Just wanted to hop on here and give everyone a heads up .. as of now Lakota Bread Co is a no go .. I have had zero communication with my partner .. I get the feeling he is moving in a new direction … Love you all ,, love cooking for y’all .. keep a eye on the page .. I’m not stopping and idc who says what .. so I hope to return to this page with awesome news .. Just know I have amazing people behind me that know exactly what I do … I’m sure I’ll see you all this summer with some amazing Indian tacos .. I’ve also been working on a new menu ( doing some awesome street food ) .. so keep a eye out .. I will be updating this page frequently as I learn of new details..

Tonight I’ll be a guest cook at Lori Mann Coopman new spot in depere .. come check us out .. I’ll be doing tacos for 8 bucks and burgers on frybread 7 bucks for plain burger 8 for cheese burgers and 9 for bacon cheese burgers .. it will be a good time .. stop out also if you are at slammer we will be delivering to y’all too …

Sorry to inform as of late last night I’ve started getting cold symptoms.. I will not serve food if I have cold symptoms .. today I’ll be getting tested .. don’t believe and I’m praying it isn’t covid .. but you just never can tell ..

Also want to mention we are working with a few locations in Green Bay .. I’ll be updating fb soon .. Hopefully we can set up at Get A Cut soon .. also Party Line .. also Roster Tail Tattoo ( for you east side peeps ) I got to contact Lori Mann Coopman we need to get back to The Slammer .. so as of now we plan on working as long as possible .. the cold can really put a hinder on what we are trying to do ,, so we are going to grind until we can’t .. as long as I can keep the food 💯 we will serve up …

Trailer is getting a new look today .. that being said I’ll be in the kitchen today working on a little something new .. as of now we will be at dip sticks in Oneida Wednesday from 11am-6pm .. hope to see you all there ..
