MAY is about to be 🔥 and we are SO ready for it.

We’re hitting the road and bringing the flavor all month long, new cities, new and loyal fans, and so many chances to come hang out with us in person. There is just something different about meeting you face to face, letting you sample, talking recipes, and watching people realize how good one scoop can actually be.

From weekend markets to packed events, this lineup is one of our favorites yet. If you’ve been waiting to stock up, try something new, or finally see what the hype is about, this is your month.

There is just something about this event, the energy, the people, the creativity, it never disappoints. We love getting to connect, meet new faces, and see so many familiar ones each time.

Listen… when you need something fast, cheesy, and actually good—this is your go-to. 🍕

What you need:
• Pre-made pizza crust (naan, flatbread, or classic)
• Kirkland Signature Organic Marinara Sauce
• 1 scoop Hot Mess Salsa Seasoning
• Shredded mozzarella cheese
• Olive oil (optional)

How to make it:

1. Preheat oven to 425°.
2. Mix 1 scoop of Hot Mess Salsa Seasoning into about 1–1½ cups of marinara sauce.
3. Place your pizza crust on a baking sheet and lightly brush edges with olive oil (optional but worth it).
4. Spread your Hot Mess marinara evenly over the crust.
5. Load it up with mozzarella cheese.
6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.

That’s it.
Crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor with almost zero effort.

We met so many new faces, made a lot of memories, and got to hug some of our loyal fans again (the best part).

Nothing beats watching people try Hot Mess for the first time… and immediately get the hype.

Listen… if you’re trying to keep it simple but still want something that hits, this is it. 🤌

What you need:
• 1 spaghetti squash
• Kirkland Signature Organic Marinara Sauce (2 cup)
• 1 scoop Hot Mess Salsa Seasoning
• Olive oil
• Salt + pepper
• Mozzarella cheese

How to make it:

1. Preheat oven to 475°.
2. Cut spaghetti squash in half, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt + pepper.
3. Place face down on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
4. While that’s cooking, mix 1 scoop of Hot Mess Salsa Seasoning into 2 cups of marinara.
5. Remove squash, flip it over, pour your Hot Mess marinara into each squash boat.
6. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake for another 10 minutes until melted and bubbly.

That’s it.
Easy. Cheap. And way more flavorful than it has any right to be.

We had the chance to meet at the Redcrest Outdoor Sports Expo when he stopped by for some Hot Mess seasonings, and it was definitely one of the highlights of the event.

S***t is one of the most recognized names in professional bass fishing. He’s a former Bassmaster Classic champion and has spent years competing at the highest level of the sport. Known for his consistency, competitive edge, and unmistakable presence on the water, he’s built a reputation that goes far beyond just tournament wins.

It was great getting to connect with someone who has that kind of legacy in the sport.

Moments like this are what make events like Redcrest so fun. Being surrounded by people who have truly made their mark brings a completely different energy to the experience.

We always walk away from weekends like this feeling inspired and reminded why we love being part of it.
