Meet Trent Dado, a Consultant and Partner at GPS Dairy Consulting LLC. He provides independent nutrition and whole-farm management consulting to dairies in MN, WI and Australia.

A bit more about Trent:
Trent Dado, MSc MBA, is owner of Dado Dairy Consulting, LLC serving dairies as an independent dairy nutrition and management consultant. Trent completed his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Animal Science and Ruminant Nutrition, respectively, at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. His research focused on rumen fermentation and how feed additives and corn by-products may impact cow health and production. Upon graduating, Trent worked as a Technical Specialist providing support to feed mills and nutritionists in the area of protein and amino acid balancing before joining GPS Dairy Consulting. He has a passion for forage production, feed management, cow comfort, and facility design. Trent works to be an entrepreneur for his clients by inspiring change in their business and providing a framework for growth. He has years of on-farm and feed industry experience which grant him the ability to provide a holistic approach to farm-specific goals.
Both Trent’s family and his wife Mickie’s family still farm in northwest Wisconsin. They currently reside in Amery, Wisconsin.
