Prep-Mart LLC is a vendor this year at the conference! Here is a bit about their mission: If 2020 taught us anything, it’s that we must be self-sufficient in the face of global turmoil without losing sight of what a strong local community can do. Our needs for preparing for anything from a pandemic, to an egg shortage, to a medical emergency inspired us to lock arms with one another to create peace through preparedness for our own families. This has instilled our passion to educate and equip our community with the skills and resources necessary for resilience.
Meet Colleen and Lesli, as we pursue our journeys of homesteading, homeschool, business ownership and all around self-suffciency by putting Christ and family first.

This Vendor Spotlight has a great story on how they decided to find healthy alternatives for their family! Stop by their vendor area to hear the full story! 💜We are David and Victoria Jenkins and together we are on a journey back to naturaliving Having our first child was the catalyst that opened our eyes to the many streams of harmful chemicals that were flooding our home.
Our son had some sensitivities and allergies that so many products aggravated. In the process of researching more natural skincare options for the family, I discovered tallow. Now our goal is to bring high quality tallow-based skincare products for families.

Vendor Spotlight!!
🐄Neptune’s Farm 🥛

Who are we? In my mind we’re still just a pair of doe eyed kids...but I guess that was 15 years ago.

I love cattle, particularly dairy cattle…and sheep and goats and…you get the idea! We grew up using whatever we produced, cheese, yogurt, butter, vegetables, chicken, beef. Cheese is particularly is fascinating because it’s the most effective way of preserving fresh milk. Raw milk cheese with a natural rind is so far beyond the yellow grocery store cheddar! We’ve consistently made amazing cheeses for the past 15 years. Alan was insistent that we share our knowledge…so he teaches cheese making classes. Because I’d never dare to speak up in front of you all!

I met Alan when he was 17, I loved cows, so did he. Then looking one lovely bovine he commented “that cow is looking at me perfectly for a shot”!!!! Um, not what I was thinking! Alan is a butcher. He has been for 23 years. He loves every part of it. Raising the animals, teaching butchery, cooking or preserving meat, and he definitely loves eating meat! He’s taught countless people how to process a hog or a lamb in their own kitchen.

We live in a beautiful part of the Arkansas Ozarks where we’re far away from just about everything. I’m not off grid, I’m using an iPhone to build this webpage. We don’t handmilk the cows except when we’re at a show. Alan still uses bagged charcoal to grill awesome lamb. This I suppose, is a beginning of who we are.

As the oldest of eight children from Greenbrier, Arkansas, We were raised in an adventurous, faith-centered family that values community, hospitality, and serving others.

Our coffee business began at an appreciation dinner, where we discovered how much we enjoyed serving people an American classic—coffee—with their own favorite twists and flavors. What started as a simple passion has grown into a commitment to crafting an exceptional coffee experience.

Since the beginning, we have continually refined our recipes and standards to provide the highest quality in every cup. We use fresh A2 milk, organic French-roasted coffee beans, and premium cane sugar-based syrups to create a variety of delicious combinations.

Our goal is simple: to serve great coffee, create memorable experiences, and share the same spirit of hospitality that inspired us from the very beginning.
