Another doe I made the tough decision to let go of, like PC25A the only real reason I chose her is due to a larger dewlap. But then as I was about to list her, I got the reminder from my phone that 3 does were due this week... of which she was one. And of those 3, she is the only one who is bred. Go figure. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Sooo I guess PC15A here is sticking around a couple months more. I am curious to see what her and Chester have.

With the passing of Monty, I decided to hang onto this buck, PC29C, that had previously been on the sale list. I was always uncertain about selling him to begin with as it was.

This past weekend I signed him up for the show in Spencer, and I didn't realize it until getting the results back today but he won 2 legs! Actually, my rabbits won a combined total of 7 legs that day apparently. Not bad for only having taken 9 rabbits to show total to begin with, with about half of those sharing classes. Feeling a little proud of my little herd that I've been rebuilding.

My oldest daughter got her very own trio of mice the other week, and today I let her claim one of the baby Polish as her own! She named her Cheeto. Cheeto is from my favorite litter I have right now, out of Precious Creek's PC24A and Double C's Chester. She is a littermate to the little baby chocolate I posted the other day who I love so much! First show soon! ❤️

The silvermane girly I posted yesterday morning did indeed have her babies later that day! She had 13 total, though one was DOA and another passed soon after. But we have 11 live little pink jelly beans with lovely milkbands ❤️

Went to a show in Spencer IN today, no huge wins but Wildflower did pull off a BOSB in both Show A and Show B ❤️

Everyday for the last 4 or 5 days I have walked into the rodent barn expecting this girl to have babies waiting for me. And everyday.....she doesn't. She just keeps getting rounder, somehow. This picture doesn't do her bump justice. I am guessing another litter around 15 😅 Maybe we'll finally find out today

After much back and forth I have decided to let go of this girl. Mainly due to her dewlap, I have her littermate sister and she doesn't have as much of one so choosing to keep her to work with. If I had the space this girl wouldn't be leaving either though 🥺

Precious Creek's PC40C

This doe has been on the s@le list for a couple months. Had 0 intention of keeping her, but now that she's has matured some I am second guessing it a bit. 🤔 Would help if she'd lose the rest of her awful sunburnt coat 😅 I am just sad because she is one of my few REW carriers, and Monty, my only REW carrier buck, just passed. 😭😭😭

Finally got some updated photos of these 2 girls. They are 11 weeks old, the 1st girl is currently 5.6 pounds and the 2nd doe is 5.1. Honestly whichever doesn't s3ll I will likely be keeping as I like both of these does. But I don't have room for both and can't decide between them 🤣
