Friends, neighbors, colleagues, followers, fans, and family I am getting alot of questions about the beef situation in America right now. As a producer of local farm fresh beef direct to consumer since 2019 I'm going to state what I see. This is a big problem in America, if I sale you a pound of beef it has to have a USDA stamp on it in order to sale it. If it doesn't have that stamp it is illegal. That applies to the state of Tennessee and the United States of America. That stamp costs me $1.00 for every pound I prouduce. To break that down, if you buy 300 pounds of beef from me, I have to pay the USDA, a government agency $300.00 first. That automatically has to be factored into my price right off the top. That is factored in to the cost of raising and feeding that animal for 25 to 36 months plus the processing fees. However, our politicians and government will import beef from countries just barely above third world status in order to solve the beef crisis in America? Really, this is so messed up. Alot of those countries use human f***s to fertilize there fields! See the lettuce outbreak problem (taco bell) recently. I have took multiple classes (each cost me about $350.00)on master beef producer and beef quality assurance but I still have to be inspected? And our government still wants to feed Americans imported, cheap beef from almost third world countries?? The USDA should be paying me $2.00 a pound for feeding local people a lean, healthy, nutritional, high quality product. Instead, I have to pay them a $1 a pound first before I can sell it to you. Instead of healthy, lean Texas Longhorn Beef that will extend your life and provide nutritional benefits to you and your family, our government would rather feed you garbage! Just my thoughts 24/7 Ranch Grass Fed Beef! #
