Happy What to Eat Wednesdays!

Here’s another throwback to when I made Birria Eggrolls and they came out so good! I should make them again. 😭

I like the thinner eggroll wrappers because they have more of a crunch without being too thick and chewy. I used the Wei Chuan brand. That’s the best!

So I made Lao-style air-fried chicken wings with jasmine rice, my mom’s papaya salad, & my sister’s banana bread for dessert. 😋
