Mango Lassi (Indian Mango Drink)
Creamy, fruity, and wonderfully refreshing—this chilled mango lassi is a traditional Indian drink that’s perfect for warm days or a sweet, tangy snack.
Ingredients:
1½ cups chopped fresh mango (or 1 cup canned mango pulp)
Âľ cup plain or Greek yogurt
Âľ cup whole milk (or milk of choice)
1 tbsp sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
ÂĽ tsp cardamom powder
1 cup ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine mango, yogurt, milk, sugar or honey, cardamom powder, and ice cubes.
Blend until smooth and creamy. The texture should be thick but pourable.
Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency by adding more sugar, milk, or ice as needed.
Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy cold!
