TUESDAY 8/18! This workshop combines movement, stillness, writing, guided imagery, self-massage instruction, and Somatic Experiencing principles to help you connect with your inner wisdom, foster body awareness, and nourish your body.

Learn to understand and release your tension multi dimensionally in this workshop with me, Terah Kelleher, a massage therapist since 2003 and a body awareness educator, combining my health science degree, and my training in yoga, Pilates, and Somatic Experiencing.

Mats, props, self-massage tools, and herbal tea will be provided.

Our newest addition to the garden has become home to a wren family! Becca built this shady fort out of bamboo and a tarp for garden relaxing, and almost immediately, a couple of wrens (we think) began building a nest in the corner and laid several beautiful white and brown spotted eggs. Video on the last slide 🪺

Nihon means Japan in Japanese, named and decorated in honor of Becca’s son Weston Crutchfield who has always had a love and affinity for Japanese culture.

The Maritime Room is a subtle nod to our family’s time spent sailing on the NC coast in the younger years, and Jack’s love of the sea and connection to the boat we jointly owned. Youll find maps of the NC coastal waterways up on the wall.

The Journey Room is aptly named for Becca’s daughter SYDNEY CRUTCH ‘s love of travel and exploration.

If you have family or friends coming into town in need of an affordable, cozy, nature surrounded home away from home, please recommend us!
