To Our Valued Patrons and the Greenville Community,

We want to take a moment to address recent news reports regarding an incident in the early morning hours of Saturday, May 16, 2026.

We can confirm that no shooting occurred inside or on the premises of Visionz Restaurant & Bar. Our SLED-certified security team was on-site, actively monitoring our parking lot, when a brief confrontation between two individuals — a chain-snatching incident — took place. The individuals involved left our property on foot, and whatever events followed occurred at a separate, off-site location of which we have no firsthand knowledge.

The safety of our patrons, staff, and surrounding community is — and always will be — our highest priority. We invest in trained, certified security and maintain proactive protocols precisely so that our establishment remains the welcoming, well-managed venue our guests have come to know and trust.

We would like to thank our loyal patrons for your continued support and for reaching out with words of encouragement. We also kindly ask that members of the community and the media take care to accurately distinguish between events that occurred on our premises and events that occurred elsewhere.
