Energetic Anna Energetic Anna is a place that shares fun and delicious recipes that everyone will love! Several years ago I was plagued with low energy and obesity.

I was very sedentary and living on the standard American diet. One day I decided enough was enough. I started to research ways to get into shape. I started to learn about different diets and exercises to get me back into shape. I cut out most processed foods and started to eat mostly whole foods. I even joined in a walking group. After consistency both in the kitchen and with exercise, I couldn't

believe how great i felt! I now have more energy to spend with my husband and my kids. It makes me feel so good to be able to have enough energy to be there with my family to the best of my ability. Nowadays, I am still passionate about my lifestyle and it is my goal to help other people with awareness about health. Being healthy absolutely changed my life, and I hope to inspire other people to do the same too.
