Somebody has been busy out by the soapery. Magnum has dug himself quite the tunnel house, with Sir Wi******er parked right behind him the whole time, and now both of them, and the trailer, are wearing the evidence. 🐶 Never a dull moment around here.

We began our first meat chickens back in 2009, and it never gets old. There is nothing like raising meat for our own freezer, knowing exactly how it was raised and what it was fed. Say hello to the newest batch of Cornish Cross chicks. 🐥

Today is National Pasta Day, and here is a little secret: fresh homemade pasta is mostly just eggs and flour. 🍝 Rich, golden yolks make noodles worth writing home about. Grab 2 dozen farm fresh eggs for $5 at the farmstand and roll out something delicious.
Do you make your own pasta?

It is National Dessert Day, which got us thinking about what really makes a dessert sing, and honestly it is the eggs. The custards set silkier, the cakes rise higher, the meringues whip up taller when the eggs are farm fresh. If you are baking anything worth celebrating this week, come grab 2 dozen for $5 at the farmstand. We would love to hear what you are making. 🍰

We are counting our blessings over here. The hurricane came close enough to take our power and give the whole farm a deep watering, but that is all it did. No damage, just a soggy farm and a good story. The goats have asked us to put water wings on their next budget request. 🐐

I do apologize our page has been a bit quiet. Our daughter Rose, our media manager, has a full time job and her family to take care of. Although we love sharing our farm with you sometimes the work of the farm and life gets in the way.

Please do think of our products this Christmas season. Every purchase 100% goes towards supporting the animals. We are not a not for profit where we collect a paycheck. We are a non profit that does this because we truly love the animals and our business SerenityGoats.com supports their being spoiled. Exhibited by Sir after cleaning a supper plate before going on security duty.

Praying for everyone in the path of this storm. 🙏

While traveling on I-10 yesterday, we saw hundreds of electric utility and military vehicles headed toward the Panhandle. I covered every single one in prayer—for their safety and for the people they will meet, help, and protect along the way.

Everyone here at the farm is tucked in and ready for the rain we expect. We are under a tornado watch, so we’re keeping an eye on the weather and staying alert.

May God watch over every family, every first responder, every lineman, and every service member preparing to help.

Stay safe, Farm Friends. 💙
