My food trailer was created to offer convenient, delicious catering for gatherings of all sizes — from family celebrations to community events.
Cooking has always been my love language ❤️ — and after years of feeding hungry campers and my five amazing grandkids (who definitely keep me on my toes!), I decided to take that love on the road.
At The Rolling Fork, we’re serving up fresh favorites, comfort classics, and a little camp-style goodness in every single bite. Around here, portions are generous, flavor is big, and nobody leaves hungry — that’s just how we do things!
