One year ago on the left I said I wanted pet turkeys! My meat turkeys were so friendly and I so badly wanted a pet turkey to love me like that! Fast forward to this year and we now have 4 beautiful Narragansett heritage turkeys (3 female and 1 male) the tom in my hands on the right is everything I hoped he would be! Sweetest boy ever and walks right up to u! So glad I get the opportunity to live this life with all my beautiful creatures!🦃🦃🦃

Derrick had been asking for a sweet snack for lunches so yesterday I tried a new chocolate chip cookie recipe! First time ever making cookies from legit scratch! They turned out really good!😊🍪

Derrick made us an awesome compost area out of pallets we got for free from duanes work! Just had to get some t posts and he put it together with a 2×4 across the back! It's wide enough for the tractor to go in and out as needed! He did a great job!😊💪

These cuties are going to a new home on Friday but look how beautiful they turned out! They are a mix of buff brahma and mottled brahma and I can't believe they are almost all black! Will definitely be breeding these parents again to see the outcome! Brahmas are one of my favorite birds as well, such gentle giants for sure!🖤

Narrowed down the 4 turkeys we are keeping and this dude decided to show off for us! Can't wait for him to reach maturity and hear that gobble then! He's definitely a sweetheart too!😊🦃
