You can start stocking up your freezer with meals NOW!! And the best part is...I will shop and assemble all the ingredients for you and freeze them. You literally just pick up your order and can stick them in your freezer for up to 3 months - there’s no cooking ahead of time. Then you can cook the frozen meal in your crockpot later and feel like a rockstar!!

I know this is usually a super busy time of year for everyone, trying to shop for all the loved ones on your Christmas list or preparing for family gatherings. I know it is for me, but I’m trying to do as much shopping online as I can! Lol

So here is a Meal Plan of the 12 Crockpot Recipes available for the Month of December. All of these recipes are healthy and delicious. Most of them include seasonal veggies like cabbage, carrots, oranges, leafy greens, or sweet potatoes.

These recipes are great in case you over indulge during the Holidays. I will start posting the ingredients for them tomorrow.

Okay, so I previously posted that I wanted to incorporate some meal options for people on other diets.

A few weeks ago a lady inquired about low carb/Keto Meals, and beginning this week, I will now have a small selection of Keto Meals available to order. YAY!!

I have so many ideas and other meal/food options I want to offer to you to help simplify your dinner routines.

Now, I don’t want to get ahead of myself, BUT I am wanting to....

1️⃣ Add new meals weekly

2️⃣ Incorporate some meal options by these diets when possible - Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Keto, Paleo, and Vegetarian
