One of the best FREE events of the season is happening this Friday - Sunday (June 12 - 14) - the ! We love love love this family friendly event down on so very much. There are over 250 visual artists, four stages of performances and more than 40 food vendors to enjoy throughout the weekend.
Here is my recommended itinerary for the weekend!
Friday, June 12 - (Family Day!)
🅿 Park on the street near the then head to FREE Commons for Kids right at 10AM.
🎨 Walk the three blocks over to The Scioto Mile around 11/11:30AM and make your way through all the art booths to check out some of your favorites.
🖌 Head to the Kid's Area that is in front of and maybe grab a bite to eat or open up that secret stash of snacks in your mom bag.
🔭 Take a break inside COSI and check out 1-2 exhibits.
🖌 Go back out to the Kid's Area and finish any crafts, activities, or shows you didn't get to enjoy yet.
🚘 Grab another bite to eat at a food truck or two and post up near one of the stages to listen to a little live music before heading back to your car and safely heading home.
Saturday or Sunday (Day Date!)
💕Leave the kids at home and enjoy art, drinks, music, and having an adult conversation without being interrupted 15 times but then talk about how you miss them the whole time.
