Death Becomes Her is 10000000/10. 💜 I’ve only seen the movie once and didn’t fully know what to expect but per usual, Broadway in Columbus and CAPA Columbus did us a favor by bringing us this show!

The music was incredible. The costumes, AMAZING. The scenery was absolutely beautiful and impressive.

The show itself was hilarious and engaging the entire time. My cheeks hurt from laughing and smiling so much.

Also, the actor/performer who plays Ernest is Ken Marino who has been in several awesome shows including Party Down and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. It’s his broadway debut and he was amazing!

Death Becomes Her is only here until October 11 and they do have rush tickets available! Head to the box office two hours before showtime to get 50% off two tickets. 🫶🏻

Fall Days at Circle S Farms 🎃 We stopped by this cutie little pumpkin farm last week and it was the perfect way to spend a few hours.

It’s $11 per person (2 and under are free) and $5 to pick a pumpkin from their patch!

Your ticket includes the hayride, fun barn (with so much straw/hay to play in), a corn maze, the bale crawl, and basketball. They also have chocolate chip cookies and pumpkin donuts that are delightful. 🤤

Circle S isn’t the biggest farm but if you’re looking for something sweet and approachable for your fam, you’ll have a blast!

We had dinner at Smash Buddies last night before a show at the Southern Theatre and it was 20000/10. 🍔

I had a ranch water which is essentially a margarita that means business and Joel learned that Garage B**r means supporting T squared. 😏

The smash burgers were amazing and their potato’s skins aka widely sliced French fries were sooo good.

There is plenty of seating indoors and they have a big enclosed patio. There was a pool table and dart board and they have a variety of daily specials.

It’s located in an alley between Front St and High St near ShadowboxLive and there is tons of nearby street parking. It’s a great casual spot for dinner before a show at any of the downtown CAPA Columbus theatres or just for a yummy meal.

Also, I know it’s not quite yet holiday season but gifting experiences like dinner + tickets to a CAPA show (or gift card!!) is a GREAT gift. 🎁

Take me back to Visit Grove City Arts in the Alley. 💚

This weekend was such a blast and it’s really not lost on me how special it is to love the town or community that you live in. The special events that Grove City hosts throughout the year are so family friendly, fun, safe, affordable, and easy to navigate.

This weekend they welcomed dozens of arts, craft, and food vendors and it was very challenging to not buy everything I saw. Especially that pumpkin pac man - so so cute.

The kids area was also 🔥 and FREE. We love a solid craft and these ones were all great. Plus, they had several shows - again FREE - for entertainment throughout the weekend.

Supporting these events only helps them grow and makes your community more neighborly and awesome. So give Visit Grove City a follow and come on down for the next event!

Arts in the Alley is happening NOW! This morning kicked off with a pretty awesome parade. My kids were VERY pleased by the amount of candy they received from all the local business. 👏🏼

Then, we popped over to the FREE Kids Fun Street area to enjoy soo many hands on crafts. The kiddos made edible necklaces, decorated wooden snakes, cute little sponges, and then took a few other of the crafts to do at home!

But, there is so much more to explore beyond the parade and kids area! There are over 100 vendors selling art, crafts, home decor, and more. Plus, there are five speciality shows throughout the weekend.

The Arts in the Alley Festival is open until 8PM tonight (Saturday) and then 10AM-5PM on Sunday!

If you get hungry in between the shopping and fun, there are plenty of food trucks to enjoy or stop by one of the delightful local restaurants in Downtown Grove City. 🎉
