🥓 Crispy Bacon Brussels Sprouts
A simple side dish that turns skeptics into believers.

🥄 Recipe:
• 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
• 4–5 strips Hertaberkschwein bacon
• Salt + pepper
• Optional: balsamic glaze

Chop bacon and cook in skillet until crispy. Remove, leaving fat.

Add Brussels sprouts, cut side down. Sear 3–4 min.

Stir, cook until tender (add splash of water if needed).

Return bacon, season, and drizzle with balsamic if desired.
