We're so excited to return to the Severance Farmer's Market on Saturday July 11th!

We'll have ground beef, ground pork, sausage, steaks, ribs, roasts, and many other items!

If you'd like a 1 month package let us know before Saturday and we'll make sure to build you a box! Around 30 lbs of meat for $350!
- 10 lbs ground beef
- 5 lbs ground pork
- 4 steaks
- 3 lb beef roast
- 3 lb pork roast
- 2 lbs bacon
- 3 lbs pork sausage

We've been slowly working on halter training our heifers this year. We built our small pens that we've been talking about and seperated them out. This year we started with 9 and will have many more in the future!

Remember our first highland cow Uncle G? We moved her to a smaller pasture for retirement and surprise, surprise!!!! We found a little bull last night while feeding the heifers!

This is Uncle G, our very first highland cow! We traded another cow and calf for her and her calf. We can't remember which year, nor do we know how old she was when we got her. She has been on the ranch for 16 years! She's moving slower, but continues to raise a calf.

On our way to Severance Farmer's Market today. 9am-1pm. We have 6 4th of July Specials packed.
Bacon, pork ribs, beef steaks, hamburger, and brats! And of course hamburger, pork sausage, fresh pork, and a mix of individual cuts!

We're all set up and ready to go! If you're near Severance, Colorado, stop by the farmers market today to grab some grass fed and finished Highland beef!

Oh snd don't forget our pork! Along with grain, Our pigs are fed milk daily so they are soft and delicious!

Our Jacob's sheep were pampered today with a new haircut and hoof trimming, but our show girls were worried with all the crying!

Spring Creek General ( #58899) is looking for some new ladies.
He is an amazing bull and we love his temperament, but he has mainly given us heifers during the last two breeding seasons (Confirmed at least 8 out of 9 are heifers from 2 years ago and still waiting on DNA for many others). You can put a rope around his horns and lead him into a trailer!

How to get motivated to build a new fence?
1. Learn the original one isn't on the property line
2. Branding is next week and cows need to be moved!
