🍄🎉 IT’S ALMOST MUSHROOM TIME! 🎉🍄

A new space. A new chapter. A new dawn for Pax Farms.

The last few weeks have been a whirlwind of building, growing, learning, and getting our new growing space dialed in.

What started as a vision is becoming a reality, and we’re so excited to finally share a look behind the scenes at what we’ve been building!

It’s not quite finished, but that’s part of the journey. Every wall, every shelf, and every mushroom block brings us one step closer to growing more fresh, local food for our community.

And the best part?

OUR FOUNDERS CSA STARTS NEXT WEEK! 🍄

Wednesday, October 21st, marks the first pickup of our inaugural 10-week mushroom CSA!

10 weeks. 10 pounds of fresh gourmet mushrooms. Grown right here in the Gunnison Valley.

To our Founders — check your inboxes! Invoices have been sent, and we’re getting ready for our first harvests.

To everyone who has helped make this possible — from the people swinging hammers to those who signed up before the first mushrooms were even growing — THANK YOU. ❤️

We’re building more than a mushroom farm. We’re building a way to bring fresh, locally grown food to our neighbors, support our local food system, and grow something meaningful in this valley.

We’re just getting started.

HERE WE GROW! 🍄🏔️

A new dawn. 🍄🌄

What started as an idea, a grow kit, and a few conversations with local chefs is becoming something much bigger.

Today, we’re standing inside what will become the next home of Pax Farms — a space built to grow more mushrooms, create more opportunities, and bring even more fresh, local food to the Gunnison Valley.

There’s still a lot of work ahead. But looking at these plans, standing in this space, and seeing the pieces come together… it feels like a new dawn for Pax Farms.

And this moment isn’t ours alone.

It belongs to every person who has shared an idea, bought a pound of mushrooms, introduced us to a chef, opened a door, hauled equipment, answered a question, offered advice, invested time, or simply believed in what we’re building.

We’re incredibly grateful. ❤️

A LITTLE PIVOT 🍄🏔️

Sometimes building a farm means slowing down before you can speed up.

We’re pushing back the start of our Founders Weekly Mushroom CSA to October 21st.

We’re in the middle of building out our new growing space, and honestly… it’s pretty exciting to watch this thing come together. 🍄🏡

But we want to do it right.

We could rush the process and get mushrooms out the door, but that’s not what we want for our Founders. We want to give you amazing, fresh, local mushrooms every single week — and we want the new space to be ready to help us do exactly that.

So we’re taking an extra week to get things dialed in.

The upside? There’s now a little more time to jump into the Founders CSA. We’re getting close to our cap, though, so if you’ve been thinking about joining us, now’s the time. 🍄

10 weeks. 10 pounds of mushrooms. Grown right here in the Gunnison Valley.

Blue Oyster. Lion’s Mane. Pioppini. Black Pearl. And whatever else is thriving that week.

To everyone who signed up early and believed in what we’re building — thank you. ❤️

This farm exists because of the people who have supported us, bought our mushrooms, connected us with chefs, opened doors, and encouraged us to keep going.

We’re building something special here.

And we can’t wait to share it with you.

CSA starts October 21st. 🍄

Let’s grow together. 🏔️🍄
