The Founders CSA is here. 🍄

Starting this October we’re offering one pound of fresh mixed mushrooms every week through the end of the year, available for weekly pickup — Blue Oyster, Lion’s Mane, Pioppini, Black Pearl, and whatever else is thriving that week.

🍄 two pick up locations - Gunnison and Crested Butte.

$18/lb, locked in for as long as you’re a member. Once we move to our next season this rate goes up — Founders keep it forever.

Spots are limited. If you want in, send us a DM with your name and email and we’ll get you on the list. 🙏🏻

We’ve been quiet this summer — heads down, hands dirty, building something we’re really proud of.

Pax Farms is expanding into a dedicated grow facility, and with it we’re launching something we’ve wanted to offer since day one.

🍄🚀 wow I’m still blown away it used to take me 3 hours to make 30 5lb blocks. Now I’m making 30 10lb blocks in under an hour! Thank you Benjamin Erickson Mossy Creek Mushrooms (THOR) Bubba's Barrels Eric Myers (Bubba Barrel Steamer) for developing your amazing equipment that makes a solo mushroom farmer!! 🙏🏻🍄❤️

🍄 Sometimes the best path forward isn’t the one you planned.

We had a greenhouse setup we thought was going to work. It didn’t — and honestly? We’re grateful.

Because what we found instead is something we couldn’t have designed better ourselves: a dedicated professional grow facility right here in the Gunnison Valley! 🏔️

Hey Gunnison Valley! 👋🍄

That's a Lion's Mane mushroom — and it's grown right here in the valley by Pax Farms. We've been quietly building something special: fresh gourmet mushrooms (Blue Oyster, Lion's Mane, Pioppini, Enoki) going to local restaurants, CSA boxes, and markets — and we're ready to grow bigger.

Here's where we need your help: We're looking for an affordable space to lease — a freight container, barn, storage building, or small warehouse — ideally with power and water access somewhere in the Gunnison Valley.

If you know of anything, or know someone who might, please comment below or send us a message. This community has been everything to us and we'd love to keep our roots right here. 🏔️🌱
