Why pay more at grocery stores when you can get better quality for less?
We try to stay competitive with our local grocery stores to better serve our community and have been able to consistently stay lower in price than local and big box stores on our ground beef and other cuts.

The Exchange on Main in Hardinsburg is now restocked! We hadn’t calculated on y’all buying every place out, so we didn’t have enough on the truck for Dranes Kurv Inn, we’ll bring that out for sure by Sunday evening. So it’ll b stocked for ya Monday morning.

Who’s ready for the best beef you’ve ever tasted? Who’s been waiting to hear from us? I know it’s been awhile, but we’ve been doing some BIG things and are finally back n track and fully stocked on your favorite beef and pork products around. We just got unloaded and if nothing fails us, we plan to have all our retail partners fully stocked tomorrow.

If ya happen to see us out restocking your local freezer, stop and buy something. We’re always glad to talk and sell ya something right off the truck.

The farm is fully restocked as well, with a new, state of the art facility for simpler inventory record keeping and ease of shopping here.
No more digging thru 28 different chest or upright freezers.

We r taking orders again! Shoot one of us a message and if we got it in stock, we’ll hold it for ya. We r still taking special cut orders as well. Also, many new products coming soon. As well as a HUGE announce……. Coming soon, real soon!!

There are a couple of big announcements I need to make, and apologize for a lengthy post:

1) After much discussion, thought and prayers over the matter, we are no longer taking “pre-orders” thru retail. We will only be selling on a first some first serve basis here off the farm. Of course, you can still order bulk like 1/4, 1/2 and whole animals, we just can’t take advance orders for whole cases of ribeyes, or tbones, or any steaks do that matter. We will continue to keep our retail partners stocked as best we can, but there are only so many steaks in a steer.

2) Due to circumstances out of our control, we are out of steaks, burger patties, and low on roasts until our next run of steers go to processor in July.

We did not have any animals that were as far along as we like to see for June processing. Yes, we could have send animals on to process, but would have been an inferior product and as you all know, we only produce the best, high quality steaks and such that you all have come to love.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience and apologize for any inconvenience.

There’s been some confusion and recent posts pulled up on pricing, this is our current 2026 pricing for beef and pork.

I’ve tried deleting old photos and old photos, but for some reason they all can’t be.
