Day 3 of Summer Farm School! 🌱

We learned about plants and seeds, including how to plant seeds in soil to grow flowers and food, and how to plant seeds for Jesus. We got our hands dirty, did chores, ate snacks, and played hard!

Exciting news: final summer farm school session added! Due to high demand and a fully booked June schedule, we are opening one final day of farm school on Friday, July 10. This one-day class is the perfect opportunity for those who missed out on our June sessions to experience the farm before the season ends. We are offering both a morning and an evening session (9AM-11AM & 1PM-3PM) to accommodate your schedule. I am only taking 12 spots. I tried to reach out to everyone privately who asked for a spot last time. If I missed you, I apologize. Please note that this will be the last farm school class offered this summer, so spots are highly limited. I will keep the spot availability for each time in this post. Please message me directly. Farm School Day 2.

We started our day in prayer and talking about Jesus. After we finished our chores (feeding and watering all the animals and milking the cows), our topic for today was “Beef vs Dairy.” They learned the difference between them, how to identify each breed, the life cycles of cows, cow vocabulary, and cow anatomy. We had the best day. I’m so thankful for each and every kid. Thank you, Lord, for this opportunity. 🤎

Farm School Day 1 was a success!!
The kids loved everything. We started our day with prayer. Today's topic was 'What is a farm?' They learned about different types of farming and how everything we eat and wear comes from some sort of farming. They learned to milk cows, did farm chores, wrote thank-you letters to farmers, and played hard! I'm so thankful for each and every kid I got to pour into today. 🤎

🐛 🐜 I forgot to put on my bug spray yesterday before milking, and those biting flies ate me alive. You better believe I didn’t forget this morning! We have plenty in stock if you still need some for this summer!!

☀️ We took a week-long trip to the Florida beach, and our sunscreen worked great! We have plenty of jars, sticks, and squeeze bottles in stock too.

🧴 if you do happen to get a sunburn or a bug bite, our moisturizing tallow works great on both!

“Jesus answered him, 'If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.'” (John 14:23)

The Lord has laid this on my heart for several months, and I want to obey Him. I'm not sure how many people will be interested, but if I can spread His love to just one kid and put their hands in some dirt, it'll all be worth it.

I will use this post to show how many spots are left for each date. I recommend getting your kid in each class. Every class will be a different topic and hands on experience! First come first serve. Thank you!!
