For the inaugural Culinary Gangster Birthday Dinner, Jeremy is paying tribute to both Julia Child and his grandmother, two women whose influence helped ignite a lifelong passion for cooking, hospitality, and bringing people together around the table.

The evening will feature a multi-course French dining experience inspired by the flavors, techniques, and fearless spirit that made Julia Child an icon, while honoring the family traditions that first sparked Jeremy’s love for food.

Sitting here with Indy and Izzy , talking about my Grandma's recipes and why I've never written a single recipe down . I found myself repeating words from Grandma back when I was 6 or so. I had grabbed my notebook to write down measurements of what she was teaching me once , and she took it . Her words were simple, " the recipe doesn't exist, its in your heart ". Sentimental memories . That itself takes me back over 4 decades !
