From Curiosity to Craft

It all started with a question during a family dinner in France: Could hard cider rival the elegance of Champagne? That curiosity led Paul Maubert to his family’s winery, where he crafted his first batch of cider in 1985.

Fast forward nearly 40 years, and that curiosity has grown into a passion—refining his family’s ancestral French cider recipe with American apple varieties to create a crisp, clean, dry, and undeniably refreshing cider.
