Day 7!

Today, we’re giving the spotlight to the crew.

We’ve got an all-woman team running The Silly Yak today — and they’re making a little Silly Yak history. For the first time in our four years in business, the stand is operating without either of the owners there.

That may sound like a small thing, but for a business like ours, it feels like a pretty big milestone — and says a lot about the team we’ve built.

We’re incredibly lucky to have a crew we trust to jump into the chaos of fair week and keep everything moving.

And one quick reminder: today is the LAST day of New Food Showdown judging! If you haven’t voted for our S’moreos yet, we’d love your vote. 💜
