I was able to extract an early (very early!) spring honey harvest. It is available on the self-service shelf. As expected from early spring blooms, the honey is pale yellow and floral.
I will be making creamed honey with the main harvest in early July.
Stop by anytime at 130 Lincoln St., Hamden. From the driveway, you will see the side porch with the self-service shelf. Come right in. If it's dark, there is a light switch on the left.
For now, I am keeping the prices the same (though this will probably change when I have to buy new glassware).
If you are looking for a wedding or shower favor, please ask me about custom soaps. The color and scent can be whatever you desire.
