This one’s been in the works…🔥
Not every flavor you see makes it to the bottle — some have to earn it.
This test run started with a full beef brisket, soaked for 24 hours in a blend of cherry concentrate and cola to build a deep, slightly sweet base. After that, I patted it down and hit it with my Northern Cherry Dust seasoning.
From there… straight to the smoker. Low, slow, and no shortcuts.
What I’m looking for:
Deep flavor all the way through
A bark that actually means something
That balance of sweet, smoke, and bold beef
Some batches hit… some don’t. But that’s the process behind building something legit.
This is how real flavors get made — not guessed.
