Hey y'all! Just wanted to update everyone. Tomorrow is looking really questionable. Y'all are hitting us hard trying to get your last orders in before we're gone, and we're starting to run low on all the favorites! If we can't open tomorrow with at least 75% of our menu options, we will not be opening. We've been proud of the fact that we've always had everything that was ordered in stock, and we dont want our last image to be of us out of everything y'all want. Of course, we will keep y'all updated about tomorrow. We appreciate all the support

Good morning Tangi!

Today marks our final day of full operation. 🥲 We are still planning to run our Sunday lunch tomorrow from 11am-5pm. Between the outpouring of love and support, all of you trying to get your last taste of Tubers, and us not ordering our mid week truck in preparation to shut down we may not have your favorite items all the way up to the final bell. I doubt everyone's favorite, the BBQ Pulled Pork, will make it out of lunch alive. Thank you all for the encouragement and kind words. We 💚 you all!

Good morning! Y'all blew the doors off yesterday and we appreciate everyones kind words and well wishes! Even in our final days we're still committed to providing great food with excellent service!

And saying "final days" may be speaking too soon. Behind the scenes, there are talks of new ownership. If that takes place, we will be giving them everything(trade secrets, cooking methods, quality choices) so that you may all continue enjoy the food just as it was made before.

Good morning Tangi!

After this week, Spectacular Tubers in Hammond will be closing its doors. We had a good run. We served a high quality product, had top notch service, and gave back to our community. That's what we are all about. Unfortunately it wasn't enough. Please, dont be sad for us. We are so proud of what we built and how we ran it. It's just not our time. Thank you to everyone who showed support. If you've ever placed an order with us, told a friend about us, or shared our posts you have our gratitude forever! Our regular hours of operation are in effect until this coming Sunday! Come in for one last amazing potato if you get the chance! We'd love to serve you one more time! 💚
