1. Classic Pepperoni Pizza Sliders
Serves: 6
Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
12 slider buns
1 cup marinara sauce
24 pepperoni slices
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Slice slider buns in half and place bottoms in a baking dish.
Spread marinara sauce over the buns.
Add half the mozzarella, pepperoni, then remaining mozzarella.
Place bun tops on.
Brush with melted butter and Italian seasoning.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and melty.
Tip: Cover loosely with foil for the first 10 minutes to keep the tops soft.
2. BBQ Chicken Pizza Sliders
Serves: 6
Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
12 slider buns
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Toss chicken with BBQ sauce.
Place slider bun bottoms in a baking dish.
Layer chicken mixture, red onion, and mozzarella.
Add bun tops.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
Tip: Rotisserie chicken works great for this recipe.
3. Veggie Supreme Pizza Sliders
Serves: 6
Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
12 slider buns
1 cup marinara sauce
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Arrange bottom buns in a baking dish.
Spread marinara sauce evenly.
Add vegetables and mozzarella.
Place tops on buns.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Tip: Sauté the mushrooms first for extra flavor.
4. Garlic Cheese Pizza Sliders
Serves: 6
Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
12 slider buns
1 cup marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp garlic butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place bottom buns in a baking dish.
Spread marinara sauce over buns.
Add mozzarella and Parmesan.
Place tops on buns and brush with garlic butter.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden and melted.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Tip: Serve with extra warm marinara on the side for dipping.
